In Laruc.gr We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
However, in the event that you need to return a product, the following terms and conditions apply.
🕒 Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation (Law 2251/1994, as amended and in force), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product. within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without justification required.

The return is accepted if the following conditions are met:

⚙️ Custom / Special Orders
The custom products (e.g. special constructions, modifications, personalized designs, handmade pieces upon request) are not refundable, as they are created exclusively for each client.
✅ Exception is made only if:

the product is delivered defective ή

does not correspond to the agreed description or photo.
In these cases, the Laruc.gr undertakes the repair, replacement ή refund, at no additional charge to the customer.

Shipping can be done with any courier you wish.
In case of a defective product, the Return costs are borne by Laruc.gr..
In any other case, the Shipping costs are borne by the customer..
💵 Cashback
After we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be made:

With the same payment method used in the original transaction (e.g. refund to card, bank deposit, etc.).
In case deposit into a bank account, it is required to send IBAN and beneficiary name.
⚠️ Products Excluded from Returns

Items that are not suitable for return for reasons hygiene (e.g. earrings, face masks, etc.), provided their packaging has been opened.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the online form below. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and will be informed about the product return process.
The right of withdrawal applies only in the cases provided for by applicable law and does not apply, among others, in the following cases:
- Products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized (custom or made-to-order products).
- Products that deteriorate or expire soon.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of public health or hygiene protection and have been unsealed after delivery.
- In other cases that are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Law 2251/1994.
Note: For reasons of public health and safety, returns are not accepted for food, perishable products, products that require refrigeration or freezing conditions, as well as for products that have been manufactured or formulated according to the customer's specifications or special requirements.
