Orders within Greece are usually delivered to 1-3 business days. For Cyprus, the delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the shipping address.

Yes, for shipments to Greece we offer free shipping on orders over 100 €. Free shipping does not apply to Cyprus.

Cash on delivery is available only for shipments within Greece with charge 2 €. Not supported for Cyprus or Box Now shipments.

You can pay with debit or credit cards via the secure platform Cardlink in collaboration with our bank. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

The custom products (custom-made, modifications, personalized pieces) are not refundable, as they are created exclusively for you. An exception is made only if the product is defective or does not correspond to the agreement.

The Box Now is an automatic pickup service from special lockers, available 24 hours a day. You choose the locker that suits you and receive an SMS with the pickup code. Cost: €2 for Greece and €10 for Cyprus.

The manufacturing time depends on the type of product and the workload of the laboratory. Usually it takes 5–10 business days. You will be informed by email about the progress of your order.
