The online store Laruc.gr belongs to the company Laruc – Handmade Boutique, which is active in the manufacture and sale of handmade and custom products.

2. Website Terms of Use

Access and use of the website Laruc.gr requires full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The user must use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate Greek and European legislation.

3. Copyright

All the content of Laruc.gr (texts, images, designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, etc.) is the intellectual property of Laruc.gr and is protected by applicable copyright legislation.
Any reproduction, copying, modification or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

4. Products

The Laruc.gr strives to provide accurate descriptions, photos and information for each product.
However, because most species are handmade or unique, there may be slight variations in colors or details.
Custom products are created exclusively for each customer, according to the specifications stated when ordering.

5. Orders

Upon completion of the order, the customer receives confirmation email with its elements.
The company reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in cases of price error, product unavailability or inability to communicate with the customer.

6. Prices & Taxes

All prices listed include VAT 24%.
The Laruc.gr reserves the right to modify product prices without prior notice, but always with effect for future orders.

7. Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery (only for Greece, with a charge of 2 €)

  • Payment by card via the secure platform Cardlink

  • Deposit to a bank account

  • Payment in store upon receipt

Card payments are made with redirect on the bank's secure page.
The Laruc.gr does not store or process card data.

8. Missions

Shipments are made throughout Greece and Cyprus via courier or Box Now.
For orders over €100, shipping within Greece is free.

9. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for non-custom products, according to the Returns Policy.
The custom products are not returned unless they are defective or do not correspond to the agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Laruc.gr is not responsible for:

  • temporary unavailability of the website

  • technical problems, delays or force majeure

  • errors due to third parties (e.g. courier companies, service providers)

The company is only liable for intent or gross negligence when executing orders.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is managed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy of Laruc.gr.
Customer information is used exclusively for the execution of the order and is not disclosed to third parties without a legitimate reason.

The website uses cookies to improve functionality and user experience.
